Board meeting of National Museum of Science and Technology held
The 33rd meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Museum of Science and Technology was held at the National Science and Technology Complex building in Agargaon on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology Zeaul Hasan presided over the function.
Members of the Board of Management of the National Museum of Science and Technology, Professor Dr. A. A. Mamun, Department of Physics, Jahangirnagar University; Dr. Md. Khaled Hossain, Rajshahi University Professor of Biochemistry and Microbiology; Dr. Md. Azizul Haque, Chairman of the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission; Dr. Chandranath Poddar, Professor of Mathematics, University of Dhaka; Dr. Khandaker Sabbir Ahmed, Professor of Architecture, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology were present in the meeting.
Md. Touhid Hasanat Khan, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology; Md. Mahmud Ali, Acting Chairman, Bangladesh Space Research and Remote Sensing Organization; Begum Sulekha Rani Basu, Additional Secretary, Finance Department; Md. Abdur Razzaque Sarkar, (Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Environment) Chairman (Acting); Mohammad Jaker Hossain and Professor Tofail Ahmed of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University were also present.
The meeting was moderated by Mohammad Munir Chowdhury, Director General of National Museum of Science and Technology. The meeting discussed in detail the overall administrative and development activities of the organization and emphasized enhancing the organizational excellence.
